How soon can you start the project after placing an order?
The start time depends on our current workload, but we strive to begin projects ASAP. During high season in spring and summer we can schedule installation within a few weeks after confirmation.
What is the average project installation time?
Most projects, such as pergolas, decks, glass rooms, covered side passages and fences are completed in a single day. Larger projects, for example a pergola and a deck installation or a large glass room are installed within 1-2 days.
Do you handle the delivery of materials?
Yes, we handle the full supply and delivery of materials needed for your project. You don’t need to worry about any materials, paint, or cleaning the site after - we deliver the full cycle and leave your garden clean and ready to use.

Do you offer custom designs and sizes?

We adjust sizes to your needs and for a proper fit, and we also seamlessly integrate the structures to your garden. We have flexible approach and strive to deliver exactly what you need and what fits best.
Can you help with design ideas and project planning?
Yes, we have extensive experience in installing timber structures of various sizes and shapes, our team provides professional advice and helps you plan the ideal structure for your outdoor space.
Do I need to prepare the site before installation?
In most cases, minimal preparation is required from the customer. Just make sure we have access to the area where the installation will take place. You can share a photo of your garden with us to make sure it’s ready for installation.
Can you install a pergola on an existing patio or deck?
Yes, we can securely install a pergola on an existing patio or deck surface. The deck must be sturdy and in good condition to ensure stability of the pergola.
Does a glass room require any foundation?
No. We build a deck as a part of the glass room, the same way we build decks for other projects, and the deck will serve as a foundation for your glass room.
What material do you use for the glass room panels?
We use 6mm thick polycarbonate, a glass-like material that is 200 times stronger than regular glass.
Can I use the glass room all year round?
Yes, our glass rooms are designed to provide shelter from wind and rain, allowing you to enjoy your outdoor space in any weather. There are no limitations to glass room use in any season.
What types of wood do you use?
We primarily use high-quality, pressure-treated Scandinavian pine that is durable and weather-resistant. It is the main material of ours that we use for pergolas, timber decks, glass rooms, covered side passages and fences.
What is the composite material used for decking?
Composite decking materials are engineered to last by fusing recycled plastic and wood fibres together to form a weather-resistant barrier to handle all kinds of conditions including moisture and frostbite.
Are composite decks better than timber ones?
Both have their advantages, it is a matter of personal taste and preference. Timber decks offer natural aesthetics, while composite decks are low-maintenance and weather-resistant.
What materials do you use for side passage covers?
We use high-quality, pressure-treated timber and durable, weather-resistant 16 mm multiwall polycarbonate.
Can you adjust the structure to fit a narrow or a wide side passage?
Yes, all our side passage covers are custom-built to fit the exact dimensions of your space.
Do you work with both residential and commercial projects?
